Booking a room implies your full acceptance of Maison d'Art's Terms and Conditions below, respectively O.Duval and C.Vis.
Length of stay
The signatory client of this contract concluded for a definite period cannot claim any right to stay at the property under any circumstances.
Booking formalities
Upon receipt of your booking, we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail - or, if not, an e-mail address - and invite you to pay the deposit, which will be paid within a maximum of two days. mentioned on the confirmation. Once this deposit is received, the reservation becomes final. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement to the terms and conditions below. Any change is only possible after written consent from "Maison d Art" and may incur additional charges. Early cancellations up to 2 months before departure, gives 30% booking and cancellation fees. Please note that you are responsible for your own cancellation insurance, it is not included. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit and balance are not refundable. The deposit and balance will be converted into cancellation and booking fees and we will support you with the documents necessary for your own cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If the owner has to cancel the reservation before the start of the stay, he must inform his client immediately. The client will then immediately receive a full refund of the amounts already paid.

Capacity of the rooms
A room reservation is made for a certain number of people, including children and babies. If the number of persons exceeds this number, the owner has the right to refuse additional persons or refuse entry. Under no circumstances can this refusal be considered a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in case of departure of a number of persons in excess of those refused, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due. If the capacity of the property permits and if the owner so wishes, a supplement may be applied under the usual conditions

Arrival time
Arrival and departure times are indicated in the written confirmation of the reservation. The customer should arrive no earlier than 4.30pm on the day indicated in the reservation. (availability of the room and delivery of the keys) and no later than 7.30 pm The customer will be obliged to inform by telephone if circumstances force him to arrive after this time frame. Otherwise, we reserve the right to dispose of the rooms without any cancellation on our part. As far as possible, please do not arrive after 9.30pm.

Departure time
The check-out time for rooms is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.
Payment of the balance of accommodation
The balance of accommodation must be paid in full 30 days before arrival,.

Change of room
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room originally reserved by the customer for a room with the same capacity or with a higher capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Pets
Pets are not allowed .

We wish a quiet and pleasant stay for everyone.
To guarantee the tranquillity of the place and the comfort of the guests of " Maison d'Art", respect from everyone, for everyone is required. The rooms are "NON Smoking "it is forbidden everywhere inside the building, in the garden it is different and smoking is allowed.... More generally, the customer undertakes to respect the etiquette instructions that will be communicated to him, the instructions applicable to everyone in a community and these general conditions of sale.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare the damage for which he is responsible - and take financial responsibility..The attention of the hosts is drawn to the fact that minors operating on the premises are placed under the sole and full responsibility of their parents or persons with authority over them. "La Maison d'Art" accepts no liability for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or persons on the premises, regardless of the cause.
Insurance
The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him.
Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale may be amended at any time without prior notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale shall be deemed to have been obtained once the deposit has been paid.

"Maison DÁrt" undertakes to comply with the legal provisions:
